Current Role Working with Athletes

I am currently the team dietitian for Project Lift weightlifting club as well as facility dietitian to Endeavor Defense and Fitness and CrossFit Clintonville. I work with athletes involved in a variety of sports and activities including combat sports, competitive and recreational CrossFit, competitive and recreational weightlifting, endurance sports, high school sports, college sports, and more. 95% of my practice is working with athlete to ensure they are fueling and thus training to their fullest potential, address underlying health issues, ensure healthy relationships to food, and improve body composition.

Professional Philosophy

I make sure the goal of the athlete comes first, using evidence based nutrition and field experience to guide my recommendations. I spend a significant amount of time focusing on each individual client as communication and trust is key to ensure that my advice is relevant to that specific athlete; everything is individualized.
