Current Role Working with Athletes

I currently treat athletes of all levels including high school and college, Pro and Semi Pro athletes, Cross Fitters, Powerlifters, Olympic weightlifters and golfers. I am able to perform functional movement assessments and utilize a system of functional neurology to pinpoint the root cause of muscle dysfunction. From there I am able to modify what my athletes do either remotely or through coaching at our Cross Fit gym.

Professional Philosophy

I utilize a full body holistic approach to healing and restoring functional movement by looking at all of the body systems involved. I use a system of functional neurology to assess muscle function and pinpoint the root cause of the dysfunction. I use alternative methods of releasing and activating soft tissue based on the understanding that the nervous system is responsible for most limitations in the human body.
