Professional Philosophies

I subscribe to a holistic approach to injury, rehabilitation and performance with a focus on building resiliency in athletes through improved centration, nervous system function, nutrition, movement, strength and power

I utilize a combination of soft tissue techniques, joint manipulation, acupuncture and exercise to improve tissue and joint health to form the prerequisites for proper function and improve nervous system output

I believe that elite performance requires a holistic approach and consistent monitoring and utilize specific nutritional protocols based on salivary, blood and hormone testing and personalized recovery methods and training loads based on heart rate variability and nervous system monitoring

“No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.” – Socrates
