Current Role Working with Athletes

Caseload is 75% Athletes.
Involved in local high school strength and conditioning programs.
I have worked with athletes of all levels; ranging the mom doing the "couch to 5K program" to a semi-professional mens volleyball player and all the way to a former NBA G League athlete.

Currently set up in a fitness friendly facility designed to load and equip athletes of all skill levels with the performance qualities they desire and seek to be successful.

Professional Philosophy

I am heavily exercise and movement based with my treatments. I simplify things as often as I can and try not to get too fancy with correct exercises or programming. I utilize functional dry needling, manipulations/mobilzations, and other soft tissue treatments to open the window and then begin loading around aches, pains, and dysfunctions.
The MO would look something like this:

  • Modify before omit.
  • Load when appropriate.
  • Train patterns not parts.
  • Begin with the end in mind.
  • Modify before omit.
  • There is a person behind the pain/dysfunction.

"The hardest thing in the world is to simplify your life; it's so easy to make it complex."
-Yvon Chouinard
