COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This two-day, intensive seminar will leave you with new tools to optimize movement, positioning, and performance for the Snatch and Clean & Jerk; as well as safely manage common weightlifting injuries.

This course is appropriate for any coach, clinician, or athlete looking to improve weightlifting performance and reduce risk of injury; and the ClinicalAthlete name ensures the material will be science-based.

Upon course completion, you will earn the distinction of Certified ClinicalAthlete Weightlifting Coach (CCWC).

  • Per the NSCA, you may report your CWC attendance for possible CEU credit when re-certifying your NSCA membership. You are not guaranteed approval due to the fact that the CWC course is not pre-approved by the NSCA (because of the word 'certification'). However, we have had an almost identical course approved in the past, that you may reference for proof that the curriculum is approved.   • Corrective Programming and Managing Injury for Weightlifters
    • Video Cases and Discussion
