Current Role Working with Athletes

Grand Rapids Spine & Sport is located within the 8th Day Gym and provides a resource for top-level athletes and beginners to resolve pain, movement limitations, and to manage their injury risk.

Professional Philosophy

If you move, you are an athlete. Everyone that enters through the door of GR Spine & Sport is viewed as the athlete of their own life and we'll work to get you back in the game or to play the game better. You can expect a thorough assessment for dysfunctional movement, time dedicated to providing you with the solution you are looking for, and prescribed self-care for you to do at home. It is my belief that, as a musculoskeletal clinician, it is important to utilize a tool box of treatment options, always trying to use the right tool or tools for the job, as opposed to always using a hammer when a screwdriver would work better.

"Move Better, Feel Better, Be Better"
