Hip Hinge 101: A Workshop on Assessment, Screening and Training Applications

The hip hinge is the most highly-coveted movement pattern in performance, training and human function. Let's face it: hip hinging is the main component of nearly all lower-body movements, with it being specifically highlighted in deadlifts and kettlebell swings.

A step-by-step approach to mastering your hip hinge pattern through assessment, screening and training applications will be covered through this hands-on practical workshop. Not only will you walk away with all of the necessary tools to implement into your training to build a stronger hip hinge, you're also going to have the systems set in place to prevent injury and enhance performance.
