Current Role Working with Athletes

I have rehabbed high school and collegiate athletes in the clinic. I also am actively involved with youth/high school performance training.

Professional Philosophy

I use a joint by joint approach as it relates to gross movement patterns. I focus heavily on the SFMA and PRI assessment tools to direct my treatment using a test-retest method to ensure we make progress. Manual therapy in the form of IASTM, Dry Needling, mobilization/manipulation are interventions that I may use to enhance movement quality when needed. My focus is always to empower the athlete or patient to treat themselves, so education and a home program are always a high priority.
