Athletic & Training Background

I played baseball growing up and through high school. Today I enjoy weightlifting, rock climbing, softball and golf. My training consists of Olympic lifting, power lifting, kettlebell training, body weight calisthenics and circular training with Indian clubs, clubbells and maces.

Current Role Working with Athletes

I work with athletes of all ages, sports backgrounds and levels of competition. My Performance Therapy practice model allows me to work with weekend warriors to professional athletes through both the rehab and performance ends of the spectrum. I have a specialty working with overhead athletes, baseball in particular. I also specialize in working with CrossFit and weightlifting athletes.

Professional Philosophy

My practice is Rokke Performance Therapy. The Performance Therapy model spans the continuum from injury rehab to performance training, removing the barriers that have traditionally placed these services in separate silos. I believe that building resiliency starts with a solid foundation of strength and quality movement. Treating symptoms is just the start. Human optimization involves restoring and training what our biology has evolved to do- run, jump, carry, climb. A body that can adapt to it's environment is a healthy, resilient body. Train. Recover. Optimize.
