Professional Philosophy

I believe in looking for dysfunctional movement patterns that may lead an athlete to perform sub-optimally, correct any deviations that might be present then retrain the nervous system under load in order to improve overall function and performance. This I believe will decrease compensations and risk of future injuries and or help to prevent excessive degeneration to the body so that we may do what we enjoy doing longer.

Move well, move often
