Athletic & Training Background
I grew up playing soccer, baseball, volleyball, and basketball. I went on to play three years of Division 1 soccer at Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia. After graduating I competed on CrossFit 215's team at Mid Atlantic Regionals in 2012. My current training background is comprised of a combination of olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and outdoor activities.
Current Role Working with Athletes
I work with various athletes ranging from weekend warriors to potential Crossfit Games competitors and national level weightlifters. I provide a wide range of services including rehabilitation of injuries, accessory programming for injury prevention, and personal programming for sports performance. Ultimately, my goal is to give each individual the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve their personal goals.
My personal philosophy is to provide outstanding care to each patient/client in order to achieve his or her personal goals while bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance. As an athlete myself, I understand that every person presents as a unique case that requires special attention and a personalized approach to return to the platform/playing field/gym. It is my goal to resolve the root cause of pain/dysfunction and set you on a path towards better performance post-injury.
