Current Role Working with Athletes

I see a variety of local High School athletes ranging from football, basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball, and track. I work closely with the athletic trainers, and occasionally do venue coverage for local events. I also work with local sport performance trainers for specialized athletes who need further strength and conditioning beyond rehabilitation.

Professional Philosophy

I use my expertise as a movement specialist to figure out why athletes are having pain and address the underlying cause through manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, to assure full return to sport and prevent future injury.

“If exercise could be purchased in a pill, it would be the single most widely prescribed and beneficial medicine in the nation.”
