My practice focuses on sports medicine, rehab and injury prevention. I take an evidence-based, functional approach to patient care. I utilize an active care model that is patient focused and outcome oriented, empowering patients to participate in their care.
I use Active Release techniques, Graston (IASTM) technique, FMS, functional rehab exercise, chiropractic manipulative therapy (adjustments), Rocktape application, Myofascial decompression technique (cup therapy) and utilize a barbell approach to treating and rehabilitating injuries.
