  • Certified level one dry needling.

Current Role Working With Athletes

I currently work in a setting that treats strength and fitness athletes as well as those ranging between 13 to 60 years old, to help them recover from injury to achieve their personal fitness goals or their full potential in organized sports.

Professional Philosophy

It is a necessity to treat the entire body at multiple levels, not just the area where symptoms lie. Injuries and pain stem from a combination of muscle, joint, nerve and/or connective tissue and it is rarely just one. Pain is a liar, so do not only treat the point of pain, but find the source of the problem and fix it.
