Athletic & Training Background

I played various sports all my life, then focused on Lacrosse in high school and college. During chiro school, I worked part-time as a personal trainer as well as a rehab specialist in an athletic chiropractic office. Currently, I try -- with two kids, emphasis on 'try' -- to keep up my health and fitness by visiting professional contacts who own gyms/boxes.

Current Role Working with Athletes

I treat mostly high school/college and recreational athletes but occasionally the amateur, semi-pro, pro athlete. It can be considered cliche' but I consider everyone an athlete, but different levels. Simply stated, my goal is to get people back to the active lifestyle they deserve in the most effective and efficient manner possible -- absolutely no fluff.

Professional Philosophy

Never stop learning, take advice from others, and learn from your mistakes, but; ultimately, always do what you feel is the right thing to do for long-term success and fulfillment -- don't reach for the low-hanging fruit.
