Current Role Working with Athletes

Sonia works with professional and recreational athletes from a variety of different sports.
She specialises in rehabilitation and performance enhancement for strength sports, treating many athletes involved in Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Crossfit. 

Sonia runs her therapy clinic at CF Wandsorth as well as a 'Mobility and Movement Class' and PT sessions focused on movement patterns and prehab/rehab. She was part of the therapy team at the CrossFit Europe Regionals 2014 and 2015.

Sonia also works alongside the A2Z Elite Health team at the London Aquatic Centre supporting British Diving and Swimming athletes.
