BIO: 

Karen B Fenn, RDN LDN is a registered and licensed dietitian-nutritionist located in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. She works with athletes of levels local and nationally. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Marywood University in conjunction with a minor focus in Psychology concentrating on Eating Disorders. Karen was a cycling instructor for 2 years until leaving to focus on Weightlifting and CrossFit. 

 

As a ClinicalAthlete, Karen’s involvement with athletes is with nutrition. It is her mission to feed the athlete, providing performance inspired nutrition to fuel their potential. All nutritional programming is athlete specific, customized to their goals, whether they want to improve endurance, strength, performance, and recovery or if an athlete needs to cut weight for a competition. Programs are written from science based research and the goals of the athlete. It has been her greatest achievement to see her athletes prosper...
