Current Role Working With The Athletic Population
I currently am a full time clinician seeing athletes of all ages who are dealing with pain that prevent them from doing what they love. I also work with our local high school athletes on site, as well as with local personal trainers who love to keep the patient/client 1st.
All people can and should be able to participate in some form of physical activity, regardless of age or disability. The organism that is the huma body has astonishing adaptability, given the right conditions. It is my job to help the client/athlete see and implement those conditions, truly empowering them to return to the level they want to achieve.
I was lucky to be able to discover weight training and ice hockey in college, despite not being much of an athlete in high school. I still continue to love biking, running, and weight training of all varieties, specifically kettlebell and suspension training.
