Current Role Working With The Athletic Population

Wellness Director at Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy focusing on active population rehab and transition back to activity.

Head Strength Coach at 301 Strong focusing on powerlifting, weightlifting, and strongman athletes.

Owner/Operator of Rebuild Stronger, an online coaching service focused on return to competition and performance in powerlifting, weightlifting, and strongman.

Professional Philosophy

My personal philosophy is constantly changing.  The only constant is that education never stops and that I am probably very very wrong about a few things currently.

Rehab and performance are on a continuum and not nearly as different as people expect them to be.

Listening to our patients and athletes is probably the most powerful thing you can do.

Athletic Background
Strength athlete (Powerlifting, weightlifting, dabbled in strongman) for 15 years.  Coaching for 8 years.  Currently have close to 100 athletes with a vast majority being female.  I cannot express in words the power that strength training has on empowerment and confidence building in the female athlete.  It is absolutely astounding what strength can bring to people.
Academic Background and Professional Training

Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training from Salisbury University

Masters in Public Health Education from Pennsylvania State University.

Post Grad Certs:

USAW Level1, USAPL Level 1, USPA Certified Coach, FMS Level 2, SFMA, NASM CES and PES.
