Current Role Coaching Athletes

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. I primarily treat 1 on 1 in the clinic setting in a insurance based model. I treat people and athletes of all ages. I am a Clinical Athlete Provider as Certified Weightlifting Coach. I have experience with and enjoy working with athletes from all different types of sports but have the most experience and expertise working with football, basketball and volleyball athletes. 

Coaching Philosophy

I believe that rehab and training should ultimately be treated with same overall goal in mind which is to make someone more resilient and harder to break. The only difference is the the starting point.
