Current Role Working With The Athletic PopulationMany years of experience training D1 and D2 collegiate athletes. Primarily overhead athletes with a speciality in shoulder dysfunction, as well as runners - both long and short distances.
Professional PhilosophyStick with the basics. Too many people get too fancy too fast. Follow and understand the basic principles of periodization, understand training regiments based on time frame relative to sport. Don't underestimate the process of time under tension. For the most part, if you can't do something slow, you're probably not doing it efficiently when fast. Have balance in movement, homeostatis in movement. Don't be afraid of pain. Addition by subtraction with my nonstop athletes.
