Current Role Working With The Athletic Population

I currently own and operate my own private Physical Therapy practice out of a private fitness facility in Scottsdale, AZ where I work with mostly athletes in either the injury reduction setting or the return to sport setting after sustaining an injury. I specialize in assessment and treatment of strength athletes as well as gymnasts.

Athletic Background

Currently I compete in the 71kg weight class for Olympic Weightlifting, formerly I was a collegiate NCAA Gymnast at Illinois State University and did the sport of gymnastics for 18 years. I have also done Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Softball and Horseback Riding.
